Eco Thrift

Eco Thrift in Florin is a pretty big thrift store with tons of stuff. There are clothes, shoes, toys, kitchen items, and even some furniture. They use color tags for discounts, so some things are 25%, 50%, or 75% off, which is fun to look for. I found a jacket for $10, and some clothes looked almost new. It’s one of the better thrift shops in Sacramento if you like hunting for deals.

But some things weren’t great. A few prices were way too high, like $40 for a plain dress. There’s no dressing room, so you can’t try stuff on. Parts of the store were messy, and I even saw a bug on one of the shirts. The workers were busy and not very friendly. Still, it’s a fun place if you like digging through stuff.

  • Best for: Clothes, shoes, finding discounts, name-brand deals
  • Not Ideal for: Trying clothes on, people who want clean spaces, or everything to be cheap

The Cave

The Cave in Arden-Arcade is a cool thrift store that is more like a treasure hunt. It’s packed with old toys, video games, comics, clothes, vinyl records, and all kinds of fun stuff. If you like digging through shelves to find unique things, this place is great. It’s fun for people who like old-school stuff from the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s. Some rare items can be a bit pricey, but there are still good deals to find.

The store can be a little messy and crowded, but that just adds to the fun. I spent over an hour looking around and found some cool things. The staff were nice, and even though it’s not super organized, it has a fun and chill vibe. It’s not the best for furniture shopping, but if you’re into collectibles and vintage stuff, The Cave is one of the best thrift shops in Sacramento.

Thrift Town

Thrift Town in Sacramento is a big and clean thrift store with lots of space to shop around. They have all kinds of stuff like clothes, home items, and some furniture. The workers were friendly, which made it a nice place to shop. I liked how the store was neat and easy to walk through, and I even found a few cool things.

But not everything was great. Some items were broken or stained, and a few things cost more than I expected for used stuff. For example, there was a broken Easter decoration being sold for too much. Still, it’s a good place if you’re looking for vintage or unique home items. Just be ready to check prices and look closely at what you’re buying.

Deseret Industries Thrift Store

Deseret Industries Thrift Store in Arden-Arcade is one of the nicest thrift shops I’ve been to in Sacramento. The store was super clean and didn’t have that old thrift store smell. Clothes were sorted by color and style, which made it easy to find things. They also had house stuff, small appliances, books, and even some furniture. Most prices were cheap—like $4 to $6 for clothes and $1 to $15 for other items. There were lots of fitting rooms too, so you can try things on.

The staff was friendly and kept everything neat, which made shopping fun. I thought some of the furniture cost a little more than at other stores, but it was in really good condition. If you’re looking for a clean and well-organized thrift store in Sacramento, this is a great one to check out.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store in Arden-Arcade, California, is one of the best thrift stores in Sacramento. I was impressed by how clean and organized the store was. They had a great selection of furniture, including some beautiful artwork at affordable prices. I almost bought a dining table but didn’t have enough space at home. The clothing section was also well-stocked, and I found shirts for just $0.99 each, thanks to their rotating sales.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but some people mentioned that service can be hit or miss. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated how organized everything was. If you’re looking for great deals, especially on furniture, this store is definitely worth checking out.

The selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories was impressive, with many items in excellent condition. The store had a boutique vibe, which made it a fun shopping experience, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hey fellows, if you’re ever in the North Highlands area, you’ve got to check out Dollar Thrift. This is a great place with everything priced at just $1! I love how clean and organized the store is, and the friendly owner adds such a positive vibe to the shopping experience. From clothing to accessories, there’s always something fun to find, and the inventory changes quickly, so it’s worth stopping by often.

If you’re looking for great value, this is one of the best thrift stores in Sacramento. You can’t beat the price, and there’s a wide variety of items. I especially love the funky decorations and special holiday items with reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, and it has a nice atmosphere.

This thrift shop is great for finding affordable clothes, vintage items, and even some quirky home decor. But if you’re in the mood to explore and discover some unique pieces, this is one of the top thrift stores in Sacramento.

Article Consignment Boutique

If you love designer clothes and high-end fashion at great prices, Article Consignment Boutique in Sacramento is the place to be. I was blown away by the selection of luxury items, from classic styles to the latest trends. The owners, Abe and Val, are super friendly and really know their stuff. They make sure everything is authentic and in excellent condition, so you can shop with confidence.

This boutique is perfect for finding designer clothes, jewelry, and accessories at reasonable prices. It’s great for those who want to shop sustainably while getting their hands on high-quality items. However, if you’re looking for a huge variety of casual or budget-friendly items, this place might not have exactly what you’re after.

WEAVE Thrift

WEAVE Thrift in Arden-Arcade is a fantastic place to shop, especially if you’re looking for great deals on clothing, shoes, and accessories. What makes this thrift store unique is that the money spent here supports survivors of domestic violence, which makes every purchase feel even better. The store is clean and well-organized, with a variety of items for all ages and styles, from casual wear to formal dresses. They often have sales, like the popular 50% off days, where you can score high-quality items for a fraction of the price.

However, the selection might not be ideal if you’re looking for the latest trendy items. While they have a good variety, some people feel the store could have more younger, trendy styles. Still, if you’re on the hunt for quality clothes at a great price, this is one of the best thrift stores in Sacramento to check out. Plus, it’s always nice to know that your purchases are supporting a good cause.

  • Best For: Clothing, shoes, handbags, formal wear, vintage pieces, supporting a good cause.
  • Not Ideal For: Furniture, large household items, trendy or ultra-modern styles.

Stardust Vintage Emporium

If you’re into mid-century modern pieces or unique home decor, this is one of the best thrift stores in Sacramento. The store has a wide variety of items, from antique furniture to fun collectibles like old Flintstones and Rugrats toys. They even have a great selection for Star Wars fans! What I love most about this store is how well-organized everything is, making it easy to find treasures. Plus, the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

However, Stardust might not be the best place for bargain hunters looking for low prices on large furniture. While they have some beautiful, high-quality items, some of the pieces can be on the pricier side. Whether you’re into antique records or retro furniture, this vintage emporium is a must-visit place in Sacramento.

  • Best For: Vintage and mid-century modern furniture, collectible toys, antique items, and unique home decor. Great for finding gifts and nostalgic pieces.

Pacific Thrift Store

I stopped by Pacific Thrift Store in North Highlands and was really surprised by how much they had. Even though the store is small, it’s super clean, well-organized, and full of cool stuff. I found name-brand clothes, home items, and even baby things at great prices. One thing I liked is that they label men’s pants with the exact size, which made shopping way easier. The workers were helpful, and I felt welcome the whole time.

What’s even better is that the store supports missionary work around the world, so your money goes to a good cause. They also offer deals like racks of clothing for just 49 cents! Some prices can be a little high, but you can always ask for a discount. I also heard they deliver big items like furniture, which is super helpful. If you’re looking for one of the best thrift stores in Sacramento for good quality items and want to support a meaningful mission, this is a great place to check out.

Vintage YSJ

Vintage YSJ is one of the cutest vintage shops I’ve ever visited. It’s a small family-owned boutique run by a sweet mother and daughter. The clothes and accessories are handpicked, and you can tell everything is chosen with love. I found some really cool vintage pieces that were in great condition. They also had bags, jewelry, and even sunglasses. Everything looked clean and nicely organized.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. A lot of the clothes were from different time periods, which made it feel like a treasure hunt. Prices were fair for the quality, but if you’re looking for cheap or basic stuff, this might not be the place. Also, it’s a small boutique, so it’s not great if you’re hunting for furniture or big home items. But if you love stylish vintage fashion and want something special, Vintage YSJ is one of the best vintage thrift stores in Sacramento.
